Company Profile - Locations

The Locations tab of the Company Profile allows you to add the details of your company’s locations and confirm their location on a map so that buyers can visualise the location of your business.

You can set the primary location for your company by selecting the correct person from the Primary Location drop down list and pressing the Update button. The primary location for the business is indicated by the blue star next to the location name and by having the name displayed in a bold font.

To add a new location click the Add New Location button. When you do this a modal form will appear that will allow you to create and save the details of the new location. If you click the Edit icon in the last column of the same modal form will appear, that will allow you to edit and save details of an existing location.

You can edit the following fields:

Field	Description
Name	The name of the address. I.e. Head Office, Goods In, Depot etc.
Physical Address	The street address of the location. May be split into address line 1 and address line 2.
City	The city / suburb / town / location of the address.
State	The state of the address.
Country	The county of the address.
Post Code	The postcode that corresponds to the address.
Set Map Location	When you press the *Set Map Location* button the location details entered are validated against Google Maps and latitude / longitude coordinates are returned and stored.
Mailing Address	The mailing address for the location. May be split into address line 1 and address line 2, as per physical address.
As above	If the As above check box is checked, then the physical address will also be marked as a mailing address.
City	The city / suburb / town / location of the address.
State	The state of the address.
Country	The county of the address.
Post Code	The postcode that corresponds to the address.
Phone Number Type	The type of phone number such as mobile, direct, company etc.
Country Code	The country calling codes or country dial-in codes prefix for reaching telephone subscribers in the networks of the member countries or regions of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
Area Code	The two digit STD area code that precedes the eight digit local phone number.
Phone Number	The eight digit local phone number.

When you have completed either setting up a new location or editing an existing location, press the Save button to save your changes.

To delete a location, press the Delete button and when the confirm delete message is displayed, confirm the delete.
